Unfortunetely none of those codes will be related! Is this car a manual trans? Seen some clutch switches go bad.. But either way double check the starter relay and even try swapping it with another one in the under hood fuse block... Depending on where you live I have found ants love to get there *** into the relay boxes for some **** reason...and they will short the heck out of em!, But the codes your pulling will not be the reason for the clicking,02 effects how it runs, fuel metering also, evap is for emissions only..

SOURCE: p0505 code with my 2000 mitsubishi eclipse

You will need to replace the IAC (idle speed control airbypass valve) it is near the ythrottle valve in the intake, it has either a black or gray connector going to it, don't confuse it with the throttle position sensor.

thats nothing really to worry about the heater is use untill the exhaust gas is hot. like 400 degrees or somthing, thats were O2 sensors work the best. only for emmisons. won't effect your cars proformance

SOURCE: Emissions failing with high NOx

You need to check the oxygen sensor. You car may be running lean and therefore giving you increased NOx levels

SOURCE: 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse will not idle, all else OK, just repl bat

I can only offer these few ideas.

  1. The TP throttle position sensors for this year group fail often Pin 1 to Pin 4 resistance should be 3.6 to 6.3 ohms but you need to remove the two 7mm bolts that hold this sensor on the front side of the throttle body, then rotate the two bolstered center and see a change in resistance from low to high. If the resistance remains fixed, the sensor is rusted out and must be replaced.
  2. The IAC motor is mounted on th LH side (driver's) of the throttle body. It should make a clicking sound when the key is turned from Lock to Run. Pin 2 to Pin 1, Pin 2 to Pin 3, Pin 5 to Pin 4, and finally Pin 5 to Pin 6 must all have continuity at 38 to 52 ohms.
  3. Check for any vacuum leaks.
  4. Remove clean and check EGR.
  5. If this is a Cranks but will not start problem, check the owners manual for Theft Deterant UNLOCK proceedure. If there is power at the rear fuel pump relay coil and no power at the MFI/ASD front relay coil and no spark, then its the security system.

Try putting gear selector in park . Could be a issue with park neutral safety switch . Or starter relay or battery cables or connections .voltage drop test starter main battery cable .
