Question about 2007 Lexus RX 400h Hybrid

Hello there..They are in the back of the engine block about in the middle of the motor..There might be one in the front of the engine in the middle of the block but most are in back.Hope this helps you and have a great day..

On the 3.3L V6 the oil filter is located on the drivers side of the engine, behind the alternator and under the exhaust manifold.

I agree with anguss693. you dont have to take it to the dealer, the engine in your car is actually found in v6 camrys, avalons, and highlanders as well so its common engine. the only thing to worry about is the t-belt. factory reccomends to do it every 90k miles. Its not a huge deal to let it ride another 10-15k miles. but anyone can do that not just the dealer
