2006 dodge grand caravan cargo floor stuck

Cargo floor (where stow & go seats go) is stuck & we cannot open either side

thanks but the lock is open. when the latch is lifted it does not disengage under the board & cannot find access

we used a crow bar to open the stow & go without any damage. for some reason the latch is not working on either side

more searching shows that I need 2 new latches and it is not uncommon with Caravan/Town & Country

In the middle of the folds in the floor, there is a slide lock button. It is color keyed to your interior or shows red. I can't recall which is locked. This may be your problem. Also both front seats must be forward to open them all the way.

I found this info in your owners manual. I don't know if you have stow n go? If you don't have owners manual you can go to

Hello. I was wondering if you can put a bench seat in my 2008 Chrysler town and country in place of the stow away bucket seats. I really need the extra seat.

How do you change a tire on a 2005 dodge grand caravan with stow and go seating, How do you work the jack that came from dodge where is the bolt to remove the tire

There is a plug inside on the floor right in front of the floor console that has a nut you need to turn to let the tire down and raise back up when you are done.

My fuel level go's no lower than 1/2 where is the sending unit & how to fix

The sending unit is an integral part of the fuel pump assembly in the vans WITHOUT stow and go seats. The assembly is located in the fuel tank. Vans with the stow and go seats will have the sending unit in the tank also. But it will not be an integral part of the fuel pump.

Where is the spare tire

It depends if you have stow and go seating, Look under the vehicle up by the front bench seats (middle of vehicle). Usually its at the very rear of the vehicle underneath. You will need the Tire wrench(or 19mm socket with wrench) to lower it into place via the winch adapter(Located in the floor, covered by an acces door or carpet cut out).

chrysler/dodge minivan keyfobs may contain a button for the automatic door/hatch when it is not equipped does the overhead console contain a switch for the door or hatch? if it does then somethings wrong if it doesnt its just another button on your keyless :)
