2001 nisson xterra error code p0325 and p1441
SOURCE: what those code p1441 manufacturer control auxiliary emission controls mean
what you want to do is take it to nissan and scan it with the consult2 diagnostic system to tell you which of the many things in the system have failed.
the EGR is the most common.

EVAP System Flow During Non-Purge Conditions
The purge valve is stuck open. Check by your fuel tank for a small canister. It has charcoal on it and collects fuel vapor from the tank when the car is sitting. When you start the car, it purges this vapor into the engine to be burned. It wouldn't surprise me if you smell gas after that car has sat for some time and if it is harder to start after sitting.

well i wouldnt place any emphasis on a generic code like this ,they dont always read correct especially on europeon market vehicles ,My first thought is the autochoke temperature sensor ,so when its cold it runs but when it warms up its running rich ,or a O2 sensor heater is playing up P0325....Knock Sensor 1 Circuit (Bank 1 or Single Sensor) knock sensor ??? dont think this is refering to the airbag but more like a sensor to `prevent pre detonation of fuel ,check the heater circuits on the O2 sensors ,their the two wires the same colour ,disconnect the plug and see if you have continuity across these two wires ,their are two sensors on this year one before and one after the cat ,not sure what is bank one though so check all four ,cant find this vehicle in my alldata books ,diesel yes i have a customer X trail but V6 petrol i have never seen

Your battery has nothing to do with these codes. Your vehicles computers have detected a malfunction or failure in the system. This triggers these codes and sets your check engine light. Below I have listed the code meanings and some repair solutions.
P1126 - Throttle Position (Narrow Range) Sensor Circuit Malfunction.
Power supply for the throttle control motor is provided to the ECM via throttle control motor relay. The throttle control motor relay is ON/OFF controlled by the ECM. When the ignition switch is turned ON, the ECM sends an ON signal to throttle control motor relay and battery voltage is provided to the ECM. When the ignition switch is turned OFF, the ECM sends an OFF signal to throttle control motor relay and battery voltage is not provided to the ECM.
Possible Causes For P1126:
- Harness or connectors (Throttle control motor relay circuit is open)
- Throttle control motor relay
P0325 - Knock Sensor Circuit Malfunction
The knock sensor is attached to the cylinder block. It senses engine
knocking using a piezoelectric element. A knocking vibration from the
cylinder block is sensed as vibrational pressure. This pressure is
converted into a voltage signal and sent to the Powertrain Control
Module (PCM) or Electronic Control Module (ECM).
Possible Causes For P0325:
- Knock sensor circuit short to ground.
- Knock sensor circuit short to power.
- Knock sensor circuit open.
- Damaged knock sensor.
- Damaged PCM or ECM
Possible Solutions:
- Repair or resecure harness or connector
- Replace knock sensor Bank 1 (Bank 1 if applicable)
- Replace PCM or ECM
The P0325 DTC is a very common problem with Nissan vehicles.
On most Nissan vehicles the knock sensor is located on top of the engine block.
