99 Buick Century won't start

I have a 99 Buick Century. Inherited from my mother. Sat unused for approximately 2 years. Replaced the battery. Ran great for about a month. Was parked at night then died after starting in the morning. Was able to restart after a few minutes. Ran fine for a few more days then wouldn't start for a couple of days during a cold snap. Temp was tin the twenties for a couple of days. The temp warmed up to mid forties and now starts and runs fine. Have put gas in tank about 3 times since putting the car back on the road I think it was a frozen fuel line. I am going to change the fuel filter but would also like input on fuel additives and injector cleaners. To use or not? Thanks for your help.

2000 buick century security troubleshooting

Do you have the correct keys now? The dealership can cut the correct keys off of the VIN number if you have proof of ownership. Without the proper transponder in the key the security system will not allow the car to start.

New battery won't start clickig sound buick century 99

If the clicking sound is coming from the engine area, it is most likely the starter solenoid. If you are sure that the battery is fully charged, then you need to clean your cable ends with a small metal brush and a mix of baking soda and water. the surfaces should be metal looking not chalky or green. It sounds like you just are not getting a good connection. You could also replace the two bolts on the cables.

2003 buick century won't start -replaced battery, no clicking noise

Check for power on the large wire at the starter. There should be power all the time. Check for power on the small wi at the starter. There should be power with the key in the crank position. If both of the above are true than the starter is likely bad.

Jumped the battery after car sat for awhile then

If you dont use the car it still use the battery so sounds like you need do slow trikle charge on the battrie. If that dosent work you might killed the battrie off. i dont this many time if not use it die fast.
