I brought my RX350 to the dealer for this problem before. They told me to inflate my tires to 36psi for winter time although the recommended pressure is 30 psi

Try to note things when it does happen such as how many in vehicle, or vehicle loaded, weather, road conditions, driving conditions,(stop & go, or highway) etc. Also, there are a number of TSB's (technical service bulletins) currently out on those for similar problems, and it appears only the dealers have all the details on them, so I'd be tempted to contact the dealer a.s.a.p.

Either your pressure indicator is bad or the tire gauge you used is bad. Don't go by what the air pumps say, use a decent tire gauge.

That is the low tire light. One or more of your tires is low. If you look inside the drivers door you should see a tire inflation sticker. Check all four tires and make sure they are inflated to what the stickers says they should be.

If only one tire is low it probably has a leak. If all four are low it might be the weather (lower temperatures = lower pressure).

One all the tires have been checked and filled to the proper inflation drive the vehicle on the freeway for approximately 10 minutes. The light should go out.

Its the low tire light. On the drivers side door opening you should be able to find a sticker that tells you the proper tire inflation for you vehicle. Check all four tires to make sure they are properly inflated. If that tire is low it probably indicates there is a leak. Once all four tires are inflated drive the vehicle on the freeway for about ten minutes. the light should go out. If the light comes back on and the same tire is low than there is definitely a leak.

If all the tires are properly inflated and the light comes on there may be a problem with the sensor in that wheel. A TPMS scanner will be needed to see what the sensors are displaying for pressure.

A LIGHT COMES ON IN THE DASH THAT LOOKS LIKE A TIRE WITH AND EXCLAMATION POINT INSIDE IT. ITS A JAGGED CIRCLE WIHT EXCLAMATION POINT INSIDE.

The ( ! ) light is your Low TIre Pressure warning light. This indicates that you have a low tire, or combination of tires that are not at the factory specified inflation presure..

We would recommend that you get the tire pressures inflated to the factory specs; the specs are on the driver side door opening area

That is the tire pressure sensor. It means that one or more of your tires is low on pressure. Check/inflate them to the proper psi and it should go away. The parans & squiggle are supposed to look like the cross section of a tire .

A trouble light goes on with an exclamation point in the middle of it, but it goes off and on. why?
That is the low tire pressure indicator. Inflate the tires to the proper inflation pressure, press the reset button until it blinks 3 times, and then drive it 20 miles to let the computer re-learn the correct pressures. The system works via RPMs, to determine the actual tire pressures.

Later models actually measure the air inflation pressure.

This is actually a picture of a tire (tread on the bottom) with exclamation mark

This means your tire pressure monitor (TPMS) has detected a LOW TIRE inflation condition in one of your tires.

Check your tire pressures without delay - warning light will go out after your have inflated your tire.

This sounds like the low tire pressure warning light. The tires have small sensors on the back side of each valve stem that monitor your tire pressure. I live in the northeast and when the temperature really drops I get the same light. Usually once you get rolling the friction of the tire on the road heats up the air in the tire causing it to expand to it's proper pressure. You may want to check your pressures to ensure that they are inflated properly.

Yeah, it is suppose to look like a low inflated tire. See the treads on the bottom. When you inflate the tires, you might need to drive a little for the light to turn off. The tires have sensors that send a signal, but only when rotating.

This happened to me last winter; and for some reason, it took an abnormally long amount of time for the light to go off. Not sure if it was a coincidence or pure happestance, but my light went off when the ambient temp increased above 20F (even though my tires had been properly inflated for two days and drove 80 miles).
