This is not an injector problem, you mush have something else going on. Have the dealer test the system electronic controls.

SOURCE: can u set the injector timing on a sprinter van

Sprinters has no injector timings, Injectors timed electronically, unless you are talking about diesel pump timing but cdi models has no pump timing neither its common rail and has high pressure pump, no diesel pump.

SOURCE: problem with vibration feel it when driving

any way you feel vibrations travel in whicth speed?
if it is up then 90-100 kmh get your tires balanced ,(they put a piece of metal in them to not vibrate in high speed) if you have done this, see how is your alignment tires. if this have done see your arm steering , you have them problematic(losting fluid inside, or if you have hited something hard with your tires.

SOURCE: ran out of diesel, when topped up, it still

air in the lines is exactly whats wrong with it but if it is a newer mercedes it MIGHT not have a manual pump and instead have an electric fuel pump if this is the case toggle the key from off to on position "but DONT crank the engine" waiting about 5 seconds in the on position for about 10 tries the crank the engine for no more than 15 seconds. also note that if it does have an electric fuel pump you will be able to hear a faint hum from under the car while having the key on the on position.

I have a mercedes sprinter 313cdi van 03 model turbo diesel what parts on top of motor need to be removed so i can change the glow plugs

Shouldn't have to remove much to get at them. Does the glow plug lamp flash after the engine has started. I'm not sold on it being a glow plug issue, these engines start without them down to well below freezing without any real trouble, if it IS this its more likely to be a wiring issues rather than sudden failure of 4 glow plugs. Leak off pipes on the low pressure side, or an injection problem is more likely.

Should we purchase a new Mercedes Sprinter van?

service for these will not be hard to find as well as parts. if your buying new then anything major will be covered under warranty. for simple maintenance things like oil changes, brakes, tires you don`t have to go to a dealer. many independent shops with a reputation for quality repairs will have no problem working on it.

Why will my Mercedes Sprinter 208D NOT stop running!

There should be a fuel pump relay you might pull to stop, but that won't fix the problem.

Can u set the injector timing on a sprinter van using a dial gauge in the no 1 injector at the rear of the pump and if so what are the settings please

hi, yes you can, cant remember exact figure think its 0.9mm, use the bolt above where the spline enters the block to adust the timing by ear-give merc a ring for the exact dial gauge setting as it is different for each engine.
