I have a peugeot 206 got knocking noise from drivers side front when driving

Knocking noise coming from drivers side front only when driving no noise when turning wheel

Sounds like wheel bearing, jack wheel up, an see if there is any free play, by trying to move wheel side to side

I had the same problem and I replaced the stabilizer bar rubber bushes then the sound disappeared.

Check the drop link and sway bar (anti roll bar) bushes also the knock could be in the strut top or the strut itself, maybe disconnect the drop link to the sway bar and drive over a pothole and see if the knock is still there.
