Doors started locking when shut without pressing lock button then window was rolled down and will not go back up. took off door panel to check switch (seems to be working fine) check fuse it was good seems to be a short but the wiring I could not find a break there were 2 wires that were bare but were not touching anything they appeared to be a negative and positive
Check for a wire being broke inside the rubber boot from the body to the door . After years of opening an closing the door they can an do break .
check switch (seems to be working fine) ?????? Did you check for B+ voltage at the switch using a voltmeter ?

check the relay in the box under the hood and also make sure no one turned the button off to all the window controls on the driverside door panel

Doubt its a fuse. Most likely the key pad has failed and needs to be replaced. On the bright side this is a good problem to have and you have a very reliable car.
