Hi ! I've just bought a Pontiac Grand Am 1995 SE full equipped with V-6 3.1 liters and automatic transmission and my rear seal crankshaft is leaking the car only have 56,507 miles the car is like a brand new always slept in garage no rust i'm wondering if i should repair it....... Do i just need to buy rear seal crank included nylon sleeve from AC Delco OEM or rubber seal and sleeve separately jobber and how long it takes to replace in a fair garage do you think ? struts frozen or not will not control how close the tires are to the strut. The tire and lower portion of the strut move of one. The compresson/rebound point is about the strut base

It depends on who does it. If you are doing it by yourself, I would allow at least a couple of hours on each side, although it should take no more than one per side. If you have air tools and a lift, it should take between an hour or two from start to finish, since removing wheels, bolts etc would be fast. Hope this helps you, Rick

Probably the fuel pump. It starts & runs until the pump gets hot, then when it quits, your car quits.

If it happened to me, I'd first check the shift cable and/or trans pawl to see if I had it properly aligned
