I drove to work today, it was fine. I got in my car at lunch, and the check engine light was on, and nothing appeared wrong. I immediately get ulcer- bad stressed. I am broker than broke and can't afford any extra expenses. I checked the oil, which was almost completely gone (I'm not kidding about being broke, I haven't been able to afford an oil change in 7800 miles). So I go and charge my oil change, and the light is still on. I would love to get a hold of and OBD II reader, but you can't rent/borrow them in California anymore.

Do both fans work for sure? You may want to replace the fans runs anywhere from 140$ up to 250$ depending on the brand.
Keep me updated.

SOURCE: Check engine and VSC lights on
I talked to you on the live chat, and I think that you may have missed the end of my typing...
What I went on to say is that more often than not, on the 02 4Runners, the Check and VSC lights in tandem look mainly after the emission system, and, since you stated no issues during the road test, I would guess that it is a fuel issue (too full/loose gas cap). But, if you can get the vehicle scanned, I will be very glad to provide you with more and better info if you provide me with the DTC codes. That would require your guy or an autozone hookup to a scan tool. I hope my clarification helps; and the graciouness of a FIxYa rating for this question would be greatly appreciated

The P1132 I believe is a bad mass flow sensor or a vaccum leak
SOURCE: engine seized no oil did not get check oil or check engine light
The oil pressure warning light only comes on when oil pressure drops below 4psi at this moment there is no oil in the engine most often it does not get to this point because oil, water etc is checked every week. It could be your engine was using oil which would point to an engine fault.
