if i am not mistaken the fuel filter is built into the fuel pump. which requires you to drop the tank and replace both.

The rear A/C system in the Durango has its own AC and heater core like the front system does. There is a plastic flapper valve back there that either directs the air to one or the other depending on what you have selected up front.

While the part is not too expensive, the labor to get there requires removal of the interior panel on that side which is not fun. It can be done though.

Hi, I was unable to locate an EGR valve in any engine diagrams I ran across for your engine. However, if you know what an EGR valve looks like then trace all lines, tubing from your intake manifold. Sometimes they can be located at the back of an engine but more than likely they are at the front or the side of the engine usually with only one electrical connector and two screws that mount the EGR valve to an exhaust tube.

Over the last 20 years ... cars have has a LIMITED OPERATION FEATURE added... When the engine READS something that is not IMMEDIATELY catastrophic... it will allow you to
LIMP home... rather than a complete shut down.

Limp mode:
You SHOULD also have a CHECK ENGINE light... (?)

My best advice is to limp on down to your near-by FREE code reading shop... and have a READER tell you what CODES are registered...

A blocked exhaust system will also seriously SLOW your progress
((soon to stop all-together)).

More info needed. Do the brake lights work? If yes, then there are 2 possibilities: The the flasher on/off switch is bad or the flasher unit is bad. A parts store might let you try a flasher unit to see. They can also tell you where the unit is, if you don't know. In small towns, parts stores are more flexible and cooperative.
