Blows cold air out drivers side and hot air out passengers side
Take battery cable off for 5 mins, then put battery cable back on. Insert your key into the ignition turn to on but don't start the vehicle wait 5 seconds turn back off repeat the key on/off three times. This initiates a re calibration of climate control equipment and actuators. It will fix your problem.
I had my doubts until I did it. It was the perfect fix for my 2015 Silverado!
Thank you for posting this Rocky.

You have dual zones that are controlled by temperature actuators the passenger side has lost its memory or has gone bad you can put it in self programming by disconnecting the battery for ten minutes then hook it back up start the truck turn the temperature control on but do not touch any other controls let it go thru the self programming for about 6 to 7 minutes then select your temperature you want if it still does not work properly you may have a bad actuator or a bad connection at the actuator

with truck off, move passenger to full hot and driver's to full cold. turn key on and run air for 15 seconds.
turn key off
move climate controls to opposite positions and turn key on again with air on. Run for 15 seconds. turn key off.
center temp controls and turn key on again. this should fix you.

Its more then likely the temp door broken or temp door motor broken/stuck. There is 2-3 of these motors under the dash on the side of the evap/heater core box. Some require extensive labor to replace, good luck

Just had this happen today to my 2007 silverado heat on the right side cold air on the left side. After engine was off 15 minutes and restarted heat was on both sides. I'm guessing a relay failed to open door to allow the heat to flow thus blowing cold air.will monitor diligently for a while.
