SOURCE: VW GOLF MK4 2000 REG not pulling properly

Have it scanned so you'll know which system is causing negative performance issue. 2000 models have issues with the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor, temperature sensor, pre-cat converter 02 sensor and a second gear grind with it's 02J transmission to name a few.

SOURCE: which tyre brand is best

Hi, there is a best brand for a specific car. You must think of the speed you want to travel at. Every maximum speed has a different code (T, R, etc). But for bad roads a more expensive one with more guaranteed kilometers will last longer. Like Michelin, Yokohamas, etc..

I have 1998 Citi Golf 1.4.It is overheating, water is boiling from the container.

Chances are you have a water pump problem remove the thermostat and put your finger in the hole to feel if the impelor to the water pump is broken also replace the thermostat at the same time.

MY golf loses power, dragging, alternator light

This could be the result of a faulty alternator. I would have it checked at your nearest auto parts store.

Noisey Clutch accelarating in 1st and 2nd gear

Sounds like its not sticking to the flywheel instantly but skippng a little bit and the squeek could be the clutch plate springs groaning. If the clutch and flywheel have been used hard it could have a heat glaze on it that resists grip Probably need to get flywheel machined when you eventualy change the clutch.
