A/c blows cold while the engine is cool and after the engine is a temp it will interm stop blowing cold and then warm air. Both engine fans are working fine . just today it started to blow cold as i turned into my parking spot after it was blowing warm for 15 min. possible ignition switch or control head?

The BCM (body control module) is the problem, have it replaced, this is a common issue on your van.

the most probabale cause of this would be a disfunctional hear core if you replace your heater your heater will more than likley work the the way it's supposed to

Check that the engine radiator fans continue to run when stopping. They should always run when the A/C is on. You may need to blow the radiator core out with compressed air from the engine side to get rid of bugs and other debris. The clicking noise is likely the compressor clutch cycling the compressor.
SOURCE: Heater blows cool air instead of warm air
check your coolant level if it is low top it off. if it is full you may need to change your thermostat to get the temp back to normal. for the heat check the heater control valve to make sure it isn't stuck (heater control valve should be located against fire wall connected to heater hose.
