Re:
Your window was bonded to the top material when the top was made. Unfortunately that is not something you can fix. You will need a new top. However most aftermarket mnufacturers offer a lifetime warranty on that bond. I don't know what Mitsubishi offers, bu it might be worth looking into.

Unfortunately, this is not something you can fix yourself. You will need to take the car to either the dealer or a shop which specializes in fixing convertible tops, headliners, etc (commonly called an automotive trim shop) Most used car dealers have a trim shop that they can recommend.

All three wire showing 3 it should be all 4 wires, In the back of the rear seat is the convertable top module, the yelloow black wire should go ground to bring it down.Other than that a new module will be needed, this gets its command from the window main switch so see if yellow/black wire switches over
this is best reached with car in air, this line is located on pass/side coming out firewall toward the bottom of firewall, blow out with air or gentle push a hange in hole and water should flow out.
your convertible latches either need to be tightened or replaced you can get them new from the dealer for like 15 dollars a piece. that's why my 03 eclipse spyder leaked.
There is a switch located just above the left rear brake light, peal bake the trunk liner and you will see it. It says manual/auto, switch it back to auto and the top should work. You probably just bumped it as my brother in law did, no convertible for over a year...good thing he lives in Seattle.
I had this problem not long ago. In the trunk on the right side (facing the trunk) there is a manual switch for the top. My son changed my tailights and accidentally switched it to manual. I switched it back to automatic and have not had probs since.
