H ello; You stated that you have checked virtually everything. Was this a visual check of wiring and connections orwere any tools like a test light or voltmeter? Is there any power at the master switch? If not, Is there a lockout to prevent passenger use of individual controls? All motors failing simultaneously is highly improbable. Use of a test light is recommended to confirm voltage is present. One other thing would be to check the body to fame ground wire/cable. This shoul be locacted at a point where the engine and firewall are closest together. It is a relative small flat strap made of stainless steel bolted to the engine and screwed onto the firewall. Checking this last item first may save you alot of "hunt and peck" time. Good luck

you need a test light, that's a thing like an icepick with a wire clip on it and a light in the handle, any parts store will have several, about 5 bucks

check by clipping the clip to any ground, (Engine block etc) switch on he ignition and touch the sharp point to both sides of ALL fuses and breakers, when you find one with power at ONE end, but NOT BOTH ENDS.

you've got it

Hello i have problem with all windows on Ford explorer model 1999 because not even one is working...can u help please

First I would suggest purchasing a Haymes Manual or Chilton's manual for your vehicle. Secondly, If none of the windows are working more than likely it is a bad fuse or relay. The vehicle user manual will have the layout of the fuse panel and the power distribution box. You can find the manual here

This page of the manual shows the location of the Power Window Fuse / Relay it is located in the Power Distribution box under the hood.
Page 185 of Ford Motor Company 1999 Ford Explorer Owner Guide...

You may want to simply go to the parts store and buy one and replace it, then see if it works, before tearing in to door panels and checking wiring.

Where are located the fuses for the power windos

Most power windows use a single circuit breaker in the under dash fuse panel. And if yours does use a fuse, it will be only one for all windows. Should be in the under dash fuse panel. Do any of your windows work? If none work, most likely a broken power wire or ground wire in the little wiring harness going into the driver's door. Or if wiring is not broken there, could be a bad PW master switch on the driver's door.

Power windos stoped working

if they all stopped working at the same time, I would suspect a fuse has blown. Look in your owners manual to see which fuse affects the power windows

Windows wont work fuses are fine

If the windows work @ the specific door, but not from the driver's door, then the switch is bad on the Driver's door - get a used one from a wrecking yard.

If they don't work from any door than a relay is likely bad. A mechanic would need to diagnose that issue.

87 honda accord my driver door power window is the only window that rolls down the other 3 dont work at all they stoped working all at the same time

there are four fuses under the hood if all four fuses are good, than you need to take the fuse box and check the connections under the fuses for the windows they have a tendence of getting croaded and need to be cleaned after that uses some dielectric grease to protect the connections
