MHZ (mega hertz) is a frequency range that certain stations broad cast at When yo start at one end of the selector and progress up the dial you will pass through the MHZ range of stations. I suspect that you want FM as against AM as that is what you will be selecting by pressing the button.

radios have 3 power sources (and 4th is ground)(
1: power. (makes the whole radio and all audio work)
2: park/dim (back ground lamps) turn up the dimmer knob.
3: memory. (stores station you like)
if all other inside park./dim lamps work (can be over 20)
and the radio lamps are dead, then they are burned out.

There was a recall for the 03-04 Accord radio. It had faulty circuitry that caused the screen to go dim. Check with Honda to see if they'll still honor the recall. If not I can fix it, drop me a note at www.autoclockrepair.com
I am not sure if you mean the dash lights or just the radio display
cause there was some models with small bulbs behind the dash and you had to replace the bulbs and some of them you had to replace the cluster and if you have to replace it and you go to a salvage yard look at the date just inside the drivers door and find one as close to that date as you can and it should work and as for the radio there is a bulb behind the radio
