What number is fuel pump relay on a 2010 hhr. cover is missing off fuse box

You should have 2 fuses, 1 marked ECM/IGN that is 10amp, and one marked ECM/Batt, that is 15amp. Make sure they are both good. Your GM vehicle probably also has a fuel pump/oil pressure switch also, that affects fuel pump operation . Engine dies, oil pressure drops in an accident, it shuts off fuel pump. You may want to try wd-40 sprayed into the throttle body intake a little at a time to try & start it, and run long enough to build up oil pressure, (couple of seconds.) otherwise look for a red wire near brake booster or drivers fender, that is for fuel pump testing. if you carefully,supply it with a 12v+ source it should start fuel pump and keep it running while you start it, and once running, remove the wire & see if it keeps going. Make sure your oil level is up too.

replace fuel pump /fuel filter/screen/keep enough gas in tank at least 1/2 tank of gas at all times and change gas filter at 10,000 miles

The fuel pump relay is located Under hood, driver side, upper firewall, mounted in
relay block.
The fuse is located under the instrument panel to the left of the steering column.
The fuse block should be visible from underneath the steering column,
near the pedal bracket. If the panel is not visible, check for a
removable compartment door or trim panel which may be used on later
models to hide the block.
