The radio's internal power supply may have failed. You may need to reapir it or get a new one.

You may have a short in the dash, i would have it checked by a mechanic, if it is a short it could cause a fire, so you should have it checked ASAP........

SOURCE: Where is radio fuse in 2005 corolla

The fuse for the radio is located in the main fuse panel under the dash or the glove box.

Apart from the fuse cutting off you might have had some wires cut off too. Have an expert take a look at it for you.

I experienced this before.

Good luck.

I have a 2001 toyota corolla, I recently plugged a device into the cigarette lighter, when i did the cd player and front clock quit working. I checked all the fuses and they were fine. what do i need to...

Your radio does run off of the same fuse that powers the cigarette lighter and auxilliary power outlet. I would check the fuse again. It is a 15 Amp fuse located in the Driver's Side Junction Block which is behind the left kick panel. The fuse should be marked "Cig"

Radio and cigarette lighter

Check behind the dash for loose wiring connections. Check for bulkhead connectors that could have possibly come partially apart. Check for any under dash grounds that are ready to break or have become frayed.
