The ECU is located on the centre tunnel under the front section of the centre console. It can be accessed from the side by rolling back the carpet but if removal / replacement is required then the centre console will have to be taken out first to get to the mounting bolts.
u can go to the toyota dealer and order one or try ebay for a manual ok well i checked on ebay and there was no manual for that vehicle so try the dealership
