SOURCE: New battery & new alternator, still not charging...

Take it to another auto parts store to test to verify.
If you put a voltmeter on the battery when the T+C was running, it should read 14-15V.
It could have a bad diode. If this is the case the alt. will be pumping out AC instead of DC. This is BAD. Batteries do not like this and the battery will fail because of it.
Be careful in those 'auto parts stores'. I have found that they employ alot of 'kids' who know little about how a car works. Try NAPA. They are much more knowledgeable and professional. But they cost alittle more.

SOURCE: 2000 chrysler town & country.had alternater

It could be a loose negative cable or corrosion INSIDE the cable.
There is a main alt fuse in a black plastic case under the hood marked "FUSES" check that.
I would need to know what the alt is putting out at idle and at driving speed.
I would also need to know the battery state of charge.
Make sure your alt belt is not slipping.
Please let me know what you find.

Town country alternator

Check connections to Alternator and Battery. If probably connected, have someone check the Alternator output. If still good, check fuse.

I am getting P0622 on my Chrysler Town and Country. I have a brand new battery and the alternator tested good at Auto Zone. I got 12.4 volts at the battery with the van off and between 7 and 8 volts...

if you getting 12.4 volts with no power load and engine goes down to 7-8 volt should be between 13-14 volts on idle would say the voltage regulator has gone.some are replaceable but most are not so you will need a new alternator or a secondhand one that is know to be working.

Alternator tests good wont charge battery

I'm sorry to say it could be the computer.
The computer controls idle speed as well as alternator output.
If the check engine light is on you should get it scanned for trouble codes.

2001 Chrysler Town & Country, 129K miles, may need alternator pulley and key. Anyone have experience with this? Will I end up needing a new alternator after all? And what's a reasonable charge in a...

may be better off just replacing the whole alternator unless just the pulley is bad. If just pulley is bad should be a simple fix & fairly cheap as well. Are you having a charging issue? If so stop by your local "Advance Auto" where they'll test your whole charging system for free & probably refer you to a good mechanic as well! Good Luck!
