Can i adjust the clutch on clio 55 plate
If the problem is just a clutch cable (clio 55 plate should be cable, not hidraulic), you can adjust or replace the clutch cable quit easily.
If the problem concerns instead the clutch disk, then you will need to put a car up on a bridge, empty the oil and fluid, and remove the clutch that is attached on the engine, on the right lower side.
This is usually not a job for home repair.
I changed clutch cable on 1.5 dci clio and it is too long it wont change gear smoothly Renault say cable is too long and has to be re routed cable length should be 1490mm but cable I got is 1530mm and Renault say there is only one cable for the car

thanks ginko, it looks like any adjustment must have to be done at the pedal, i can't see any on the link to the clutch housing. i'll probably have to buy a haynes manual, thanks any way.

slipping like a motherf***er dont know if its on the pedal box..everything am finding is sayin its an auto adjustable clutch but want to just adjust as its up for sale the now and its £165 for a new one.. GRRRRRRR.lol.
