Do you have multiple keyless entries for this car? If so does the other one still work, perhaps it just needs to be reprogrammed. Take it to your nearest Honda dealer and they should be able to get it working again. If it is constantly locking and unlocking, the computer could be getting a signal from the remote which would indicate a reprogramming is needed too.
I had this problem.... the remote might be draining the battery now. You may have to cut the wires for the keyless entry for a quick start or have it put on the machine so everything goes back to factory settings. hope this helps
First, Congratulations on a '05 with just 63k miles. The '05 Pilot was the penultimate in Honda's fleet to date.
Try removing the battery and using a pencil eraser, scrub the contacts holding the battery in place.
you can go to someplace like best buy or any audio store that sells and installs alarms and remote starts you will probably have to install a remote start to get the keyless entry feature.
You got the Wrong Information! Go to Wal Mart and Purchase a "Bulldog Security Keyless Entry" System for your Car. It will cost you a Quarter of the Price and is Just asw Reliable as the Factory Unit! Got one on My Truck with Remote Start also and it works GREAT! Should cost about $50.00 Bucks or so.
