The light might not be working due to a simple short on fuse or could be something else. Bring it to a shop if you can't fix it.

The hatchback Accent has two windshield wipers--one on the front and one on the hatchback so the pump can run to pump fluid to them each separately. You need a specific pump for that. Possible the Ignition switch is faulty, the IGN fuse is open, the solenoid is struck or the starter motor is struck or not contacting.
You will have to check one by one the above to finalise the fault.

try changing the bulbs, all u need is a phillips screw driver to remove the speedometer console..

They are gas charged shocks, so if they aren't holding, they won't hold in the future. You will either have to "rig" it, or buy new/used units and replace them. It could be just one that is bad (and it is usually really random when they go out), but they only make them just strong enough to hold as a pair.

replace the hatch struts. I'm assuming you're talking about the back hatch. There should be 1 or 2 struts (look like shock asborbers), they've probably gone bad.
