After you replaced the battery, did you reset the security and immobilizer? The items you have problems with are all functions of the Body Control Module which is also the functions of security. Although it it is a stretch, that is the most likely as long as you have checked every fuse with a test meter that it is assigned those functions. You can do the the fuse testing very easily and quickly using the test points on the top of every blade fuse.
Not familiar with the wiring on this car, but generally, check wiring plug-in to dash, fuses, fusible link, or the cluster itself may have failed (probably can be fixed).
