I am trying to replace a starter on a 1997 dodge intrepid 3.3. Is it necessary to remove anything other than the starter to do this job? The starter seems to be easily accesible.
No, you can access the starter from the bottom of the engine without having to remove anything else. I replaced the starter on my 94 3.3 myself without having to remove anything else. Good Luck!!!!!
