SOURCE: 99 passat with eratic throttle and p1545 code

Does the Car drive????

Sounds like you ran extremly LOW on gas or out.

You need to have the throttle reset..

Try a VW shop. The'll have to use VAG com.

If it is what I think it is.

2 - Failed Throttle Valve Control Module
Look for broken hoses, vacuum lines, leaking gaskets, anything that could cause air to escape. Check your vacuum lines carefully by using a propane UNLIT propane torch and go around every single vacuum line with the engine running. If the engine rpms increases, you have found the leak, check for any connectors that may have become unplugged or burnt or broken,, It appears that you have a circuit loss,, check the fuses

Hi have you got a spark if not points should be set at 16 thousand of inch feeler gauge will have no marked on them it that is o k check the condenser if all them are ok are the plugs wet if not then you have a fuel problem check the pump for power if no power use a small battery to check the pump, near the battery in the car there is a small unit that has a little cap on it underneath the cap is a small ball that sends power to the pump it works as a cut out valve in case of accident. best of luck

What is the code if a 1990 ford airbag light code 10

The code 10 for srs (air bags) is the thermal fuse inside the
diagnostic monitor is blown, it will do this if vehicle was in an accident, airbags were deployed and crash sensors trigger, safing sensors were also triggered or if the circuit to the monitor was at one point shorted to ground blowing fuse.a code 10 is just telling you the monitor thermal fuse is no good snd you must replace module. But if vehicle was not in an accident and you had a different code flashing at some point, usually a code 5 showing a hard fault short,or if it's flashing that now, this MUST be repaired BEFORE the new monitor is put in or you will ruin new monitor, and there not cheap.

Some cars have a sensor that turns off power to the fuel pump in an accident. It's possible that this was tripped while body work being done. Could also be a broken wire

I have mitsubishi lancer 2004, i got into an accident where the chasis was mostly affacted, it has since been repaird; However, it is now the problem with the gearbox, the car do not change gear...

May have solenoid damage due to the impact from the accident.. it's sending the wrong signals to the BCM..use a OBD2 look for code that start out with PO700..if so? replace solenoids.

We got our Honda 2007 Civic fixed because of a car accident but now the radio will not go on. It is asking for a code. Where do I get the code?

Hopefully the car is still under warranty. (regardless of accident) Take it back to the dealer. Hybrid is not the vehicle you want to play around with electrity with. You have to remove the radio to get the serial number and them the dealer gives you the code. I recommend you let them (Dealer ) handle it. Its worth the money.

What does code B0026 dr frontal deployment loop[stage 1 open] mean

This is usually due to an airbag deployment. It's the code for the front left circuit (driver's side). Most likely, the driver's side airbag deployed and the bag and module were replaced, but the module circuit ring in the column wasn't replaced. When the module senses the need to deploy, it sends a signal to the ring opening the line for the current to flow and causes the bag to deploy. Problem is, the circuit stays open, and casues a fault code. The unfortunate part is, until the curcuit is replaced, the SRS system in inoperable and will not deploy again in the event of an accident. You'll have to have the steering wheel pulled to service this item and should be done by a certified technician. It can be expensive, but worth the price of your safety.
