First lets make sure it not the alarm issue.Roll down a window. key off engine off, remove battery cable, touch the two cable for 1 minute, reinstall cables. put the key in the ignition but dont crank it. Turn it to the ACC position and leave for one minute, start the vehicle.

SOURCE: Stalling

Possibly faulty ignition module is the problem, stalls when engine is hot when you sit for a while it cools off and runs again until it heats up again, those are usually the symptoms of a bad ignition module and after a while it may give out all together and not run at all, usually if the module is at fault it shuts down the fuel pump so the engine don't load up with fuel, do to when engine continuously cranks over the injectors never stop squirting fuel and flood the engine do to lack of spark which is produced by the module, this could possibly be your problem.

Have you cycled key , on,off,on,off,on, leave on, & see if check engine light flashes out any codes? It will give a few quick flashes, then pause, then a few more flashes. For example: 3 flashes, pause, 3 more flashes, is code 33. 2 flashes, pause, 2 more, is code 22. Will always be in sets of 2 digits, then a little longer pause in between each. When you get 5, pause & 5 more, that's end of message code 55. Try it and get back to us. Have a pen & paper ready when you are ready.

SOURCE: Dies after running about 2 minutes

It's got all the symptoms of a leak in the fuel line. You may want to start backward at the tank and work your way all the way to the carb to find it but it would be surprising if it was something else. All the best.

My van won't start after driving a short distance, it will start again after 3 to 5 minutes but then will act like it's going to stall while I'm driving. What's wrong?

Hi Greg, I'm AL the owner of Big As Auto Repair in St Charles Mo

Greg, I read your complete message, but nowhere did I see that you replaced the Cam Sensor. The EGR will cause it to stall at stops but usually will not prevent it from restarting. I would try replacing the Cam Sensor before anything else. If you should need further assistance go to my website by clicking here: Auto Repair

I have 1997 town country it starts then stops can re start then stalls again and again

sounds like a fuel pump thats starting to go out. Sorry would need more information for a more precise diagnostic. Most likely a fuel delivery issue

'99 Chrysler T&C van stalls without warning but starts right back up with no problem. nothing registers on computer. replaced fuel filter, had tune up. Still stalls every now and then. Stalled 8...

When was last tune up? Plugs, wires, all fluids & filters especially fuel filter? I'd start there and run a good fuel system cleaner through it. Also avoid cheap fuel - lot of questionable fuel at cheap/cut rate stations.
