I have a 1994 Mazda Astina 323 and i am having trouble locating the child restraint bolt to fit a car seat, i do not have the car manual and would be most greatful if someone could advise me as to where i might find this restraint in my car

You will need to give much more information. Vehicle make, model, year, engine, fuel type and what the nut or bolt is actually for. There are hundreds of nuts and bolts on any car and each one is a different torque setting. Without knowing which one your referring to you probably won't get your question answered.
It's fine to use a battery with a higher cold crank rating than original. Consider the rating in the manual to be a minimum requirement. You'll be fine as long as the physical dimensions and terminal placement are compatible with your car. The battery manufacturer's guide should tell you which battery fits your car.
