SOURCE: how do i regain fuel pressure in a chevy venture

Hello....

After a Fuel Regulator change you normally don't have to regain pressure.

Try checking that the vacuum connection are good and connected to the right places. If that looks good you might want to check the fuel pump as the problem.

Hope this helps... Good Luck....

Replacing fuel filter for 1999 chevrolet tracker

Passenger side, undeneath, next to fuel tank.
Your 2002 Chevy Tracker (2wheel drive and 4wheel drive are the same) with the 2.5L V-6 has an inline fuel filter located on the passenger(right hand) side of the vehicle. Just behind the wheel well on the underside of the vehicle next to the fuel tank is where you'll find it. If you've never changed a fuel filter on a fuel injected vehicle, watch out for the quick connect fittings as you could damage the flexible plastic fuel line. Most auto parts stored sell tools to disconnect the fittings, but I have better luck with fingers, pliers and maybe a small flat bladed screw driver. Also, you'll need to de-pressurize the system before removing the old one or fuel could spray out when disconnected.
