No fuel to carburator,you have a electronic fuel pump that is controled by a relay,go to the fuel pump it is under left side of the vehicle in the front of the rear tire, have someone crank it it should come on. if it doesnt check for open fuses if fuses are good jump the fuel pump relay it is listed on the cover, if it still dont go on replace fuel pump.

Hello! A code 33 means "main system in feedback" this isn't really a trouble it is saying that you have the test connectors plugged together...And the ECU is in a test loop...Check the OBDI connectors and get back to me ...Saailer

Won't start turns over but thats it

If you can't hear the fuel pump when you first turn the key to "on", then it's not working. ANd if you have spark, then your problem is gas. Change fuel pump.

Engine will crank but will not turn over

Do this, take the top off the carb, being careful not to damage the gasket. Then take some carb cleaner and clean out the bowl and floats. Remove the needle valve and clean it out. Put it all back together and filling the bowl with carb cleaner. Start it with the starting fluid. Once you run the carb cleaner through it, it should start to run on it's own. Whatever you do don't shut it off for about 20-30 min unless you have to.

454 carburetor motor cranks will not start. New battery,electric fuel pump and has spark.

For carburator engines the common problem is the chock is to lean. Please follow this link. It shows how to adjust the chock position (page 8) carburator.
Also there is good trobleshoting table at page 22

Turns over, has spark but will not fire up

The fuel pump is in the gas tank, you test it by hooking up a pressure guage to the fuel injector supply manifold, there is a port there that looks like a tire valve, you will need a fuel pressure guage, Kragen auto and other stores will loan these out, you can also open the gas cap and listen for a humming type noise when the key is first turned on, but the fuel pressure test is best.
