SOURCE: 1991 toyota tercel won't start.
Get a can of either from an autoparts store remove the clamp and air filter hose to the engine open the flap and spray some either in the engine then try to start if it starts then dies you have a bad fuel filter if not it's your ignition system

If it has been sitting for quite some time the fuel will go stale or condensed with water (water will sit on the bottom of wherever the fuel is....
1. Drain Fuel Bowl on Carburettor
2. Replace fuel filter
3. Drain off about 5 liters out of hte bottom of the tank.
REconnect all lines of system you have dissasembled and crank to see if it will start.... if no good within 1 minute of cranking... you may need to completely drain fuel tank and refill with fresh fuel.
To Prevent this from happening in the future you need to store with a full tank and blank off any vents to prevent air from entering the fuel system.... remove when coming out of storage and start!
SOURCE: cannot find the fuel pump fuse on 95 toyota tercel
Get a tester light and check all the fuses with the key on. If not I think it is the efi fuse. The fuel pump has a relay too. Pump is in the tank .
SOURCE: how do i replace the back shocks?
if you bounce the car by putting your weight on the rear bumper with your knee you can test the rear shocks. If the car bounces more than once on the way up you need shocks. I generally replace shocks on new cars with factory installed shocks anywhere from 40,000 - 50,000 miles. There are bolts at the top and bottom of the shocks that will have to be removed. You can do this a little easier by removing the rear wheels and placing the car on Jack Stands.
