SOURCE: how do you reset change oil light on mitsubishi outlander
Turn the key off.
Press the "Info" button on the left of the dash cluster until your maintenance miles/months screen is displayed.
Press and hold the "info" button until the maintenance screen begins flashing.
Release the "info" button and then push and hold it it for one second.
Your Maintenance intervals should reset to +6 months and +7500 miles since the last interval amount.
Note that if you have not reset it for more than one interval, you may need to do it more than once. If you have not done it for many intervals, you may need to have it reset with the scantool at a dealer, as I have run into a handful of vehicles that the oil change reminder locked up after 3-4 "intervals" were skipped/not reset.

Repair manual I can help with. Don't have access to an owners manual at present.
Go to Autozone.com
Go up to the top right, and click on Become A Member.
Membership is almost instantaneous, and you won't receive garbage email, or have your information given out.
After you are logged in, go up to the top left, and click on Manage My Vehicles.
It's pretty self-explanatory from there. (You choose, Year, Make, Model, Engine)
Then you will be on the -> Edit Vehicle Information page. (Home>My Zone>Manage My Vehicles>Edit Vehicle Information)
Go to the left column, scroll down with your eyes to -> Vehicle Repair Guides, and click on it.
On the next page are the different categories.
Feel free to rate my solution. Thanks.
