SOURCE: Where is the fuel filter located on my 1991 Dodge
The fuel filter is not IN the fuel tank. The Fuel PUMP is IN the fuel tank. The Filter is mounted to the underneath of the truck bed NEXT to the Fuel tank. Its alittle smaller than a soda can with two fuel hoses connected to it.

SOURCE: where is the fuse box for the radio in a 1989
In mine it is under the dash just below the steering colum.
