Car starts revs up really high and then dies.

What you have done--- air filter, oil & the wasted money on
injector cleaner--- is not a test or diagnostic proceedure

A repair shop is you only option

Any Euro car will cost more & that is because the govt
won't enforce the laws that exist to release the data we need
on them,so you have to go to a dealer.

Still like the current & past administration?

Starts just fine but dies at idle. will keep running when stepp[ng on gas pedal

if the car runs fine at high revs, I suggest just turning the idle revs up 150ish, it could be a block cat converter, or restricted airflow making it die. but quick fix turn revs up 150rpm will do no harm and if it dies at higher revs, take it 2 the garage to see if they can find the thing.

Won't start, engine wont rev above 2000rpm

Have the alternator tested. You are providing a low charge to the battery when you jump it and when taking it above 2K RPM requires more amperage resulting in the engine dying and the rough idle
