YOU CAN LOOK IN THE BACK OF YOUR OWNERS MANUAL IT SHOULD TELL YOU THERE . YOU CAN ASK YOUR LOCAL MECHANIC OR YOU CAN REPLACE IT BETWEEN 60 TO 100 THOUSAND MILES YOUR BEST BET WOULD BE TO CALL YOUR LOCAL SUZUKI DEALER AND THEY WILL TELL YOU FOR SURE THE AMOUNT OF KILOMETERS YOU NEED TO LET GO BY FOR A TIMING BELT REPLACEMENT

SOURCE: 1996 suzuki escudo 2door automatic 4wd

"N" is for Normal
"A/T" Is for Automatic Transmission
"P" is for Power

When "P" is selected a light that says "POWER"
comes on, it is just under the speedometer.

This switch is for the automatic transmission, it changes the shift points in the transmission for loaded or towing conditions when you need more power.

SOURCE: My Suzuki Escudo loses power when you accelerate?

I have this problem also. A diagnostic has told me its a MAF sensor problem which I have replaced, however this has caused other problems! I've read that a stuck PCV valve can cause loss of power and is quite a common problem if the car hasn't been well serviced and looked after, and cheap to replace so its worth a shot. Of cause loss of power can be caused by many things so more detail would be needed.

I have a SUZUKI escudo 1999, it goes off while driving like for an hour and turns on after resting for 10 minutes. I have changed the fuel filter, but the problem continues. please advise

SUZUKI escudo 1999 has not been used CDI to set the ignition, they uses sparkplug, condensator ignition regulator overheats because of cooling layer dries, do awarding new layer then you will return to normal condensator

Suzuki escudo g16a automatic transmission not changing gear

Have you had the transmission control module (called the TCM) checked for fault codes? Do this first and then have a trained ****** tech diagnose the resulting codes received if any,. if not codes then you may have a failed transmission or a defective TCM

Hi, i'm driwing suzuki Grand Vitara 2.0 year 2007. it has been moving for about 50000 Kilometer and i'm planning to change the timing belt. i'm looking for the code of the timing belt so i could buy it...

All parts stores can get you the right belt with info about your truck. Year, make, model, engine size. Also spring for the complete belt or bearing kit. This is not a do it yourself task.
