I would start by checking the coil/ecm this is where the spark starts.

How do I change the sparks plug for my 2000 Pathfinder?

Remove the air duct on the engine and Disconnect the harness and brackets around the ignition coil and remove the ignition coil. Unscrew and remove the spark plug and replace it with new spark plug in to the cylinder well and tighten it. Make sure to adjust the tension of spark plug as per the specification of spark plug manufacturer. 1987 nissan pathfinder wont crank or anything

FIRST TRY TO SEE IF THE FUSE AND RELAY ARE FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. IF THEY CHECK OUT THEN CHECK FOR SPARK AT EACH ONE OF THE SPARK PLUGS. IF YOU ARE GETTING SPARK THEN I WOULD REPLACE THE CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR. THIS DEVICE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OPENING INJECTORS AND SPARK PULSE THROUGH THE COMPUTER. HOPE THIS HELPS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW. BEST OF LUCK
