A part of the ignition system. the battery is good. then check your starter. and it's better to have a shop with scan-tool and technician diagnose what are other problem.

this doesn't sound good at all. if you couldn't jump start it within a few minutes, you should have stopped right there. maybe you were jumpping the car wrong, from doing so, you may have fried the computer, that rounds your entire engine. try installing a new battery, if any codes were stored in the computer, clear them out. some times just removing the battery cables for a few minutes will do this . sometimes not. try to start the engine. donot jump start, see if will start on its own. if not, seek professional help, keep blaming goodyear until you get results !!!!!!
check for a bad connection like a bad ground at the battery, make sure both terminals are tight at the battery, the starter and the ground at the engine. the shop that installed the EGR should have erased the codes, after 50 to 100 miles you would be able to go through emissions.
try some proper jump leads and not then cheap chinese things ,you need cables with a copper inside the diameter of your ring finger and double connectd to each side of the clip before you can even think of trying to jump a engine ,these cheap cables are only for charging one vehicle to another not passing 200 amps through
Sounds as if the Alternator is not charging, alltough it could be a bad battery. Check the connections on the battery and make sure the cables are tight. Jump the car again, and if it starts check the alternator for output, it should be putting out close to 17 volts if the battery is dead. If the alternator charges then you probably have a battery problem, and need to replace the battery.
Either you have a completly dead batt. or your starter is shot.. You can not jump a car with a flat dead Batt. but a BOOST PACK will....it's all about the AMPERAGE.
It is your battery it may not be completly dead but it is too dead to run the starter. It take 300 -600 amp to run a starter and 20 amp to run a stereo
You need to charge your battery up more. Either get a battery charger or leave the jumper cables hooked up for a longer period of time. Your battery was probably completely dead. You might even need a new battery...they really don't like to be completely drained.
