Question about Honda Accord
Need diagram for 2000 honda accord coupe 2.3L
Go to the Gates site and look up your car in thier on-line web catalog; they will show you the diagram of the timing belt and any tensioners, if needed.
NOTE: SKF, the bearing people, use Gates belts in all their timing belt kits. DAYCO and Contitech (Pirelli/Continental) also make timing and V-belt (alternator) belts for your car. Use their look-up features too.

There's no such thing as a timing belt diagram.
Do you mean to say the "Procedure" for changing a timing belt in a 92 Prelude?
By asking such a question I can only interpret it as a clear indication that you've never changed a timing belt before.
If this is true, then you don't want to start out or practice on your own car.
Get the car to a pro and have the job done right.
If not true (and you've changed timing belt's in the past)
Then give me the engine size and I'll post the:
"PROCEDURE" for changing the belt in a few hours.
