Also had the P0171 and P0174 lean system... it looks like problem could be vacuum/pcv hose?

Changed both o2 sensors still rough idle and codes p2195 and p2197 still there

P2195 & 97 is a lean condition reported by both O2
on right side

The pcm drove the fuel trim lean to correct for a over
rich condition on right bank only due to a leaking fuel
injector most likely

That is a common problem on an expedition with 5.4

I have seen people find & replace the bad injector
I would mail all of them away to be ultra-sonicly cleaned
& flow tested if it were mine

If you have a professional scan tool or software you woulod
see the issue on fuel trim.

The MAF is common to both banks & you only have an issue
on the right side so the MAF is okey

Your plugs should give some indication of the bad injector
if that is the case

Need details on brakes!!

I recently had problems with my 2005 Mazda MPV stalling. I came to this great site and changed the IAC and it stopped stalling. But 2 days later my check engine light came on. The codes are P2197 P2195...

The descriptions for your codes are:
P2197 - H02S (RF) signal stuck lean
P2195 - H02S (RF) signal stuck lean
P2187 - Fuel System too lean at idle
P0102 - MAF circuit low input

Essentially what's happening is that your MPV is running too lean when at idle. Too much air and not enough fuel. As you speed up - it forces more air into the system which alleviates the problem.

Examine your mass airflow sensor. It should be completely clean - no fuzzies on it at all. If so - purchase some mass airflow sensor cleaner to clean the sensor. ONLY USE THE PROPER CLEANER TO AVOID DAMAGING THE SENSOR. Disconnect the battery to reset the system and turn off check engine light.

Otherwise you will need a scan tool to look at the voltages being supplied to/from the PCM for each of the Heated Oxygen Sensors and the Mass Airflow Sensor to determine which part is creating the problem.

2004 FORD TAURUS SES I CHANGED THE OXYGEN SENSORS WELL ONLY 2. ARE THERE 3 OR 4 SENSORS? ALSO MY CAR ENGINE LIGHT IS ALSO ON P2195 AND P2197. SAYS ITS STUCK LEAN AND MY CAR STILL HAS A ROUGH IDLE AND...

a lean condition can be from intake leaks or fuel injector issues, or EGR, or tons of other components. It appears in your case, that the sensors are the victum and not the cause, which happens lots....

Take some brake cleaner, idle the engine and spray sparingly around and see if you get an engine reaction. Look for cracked or dislodged vacuum hoses.
