Under the glove box.
Put the seat back all the way rearward (just to give you more room to move.
On the panel just directly below the glove box, there should be two Torx 25 screws. Remove those and pull that panel downward and rotate the right side back, that should release it from the kick panel on the left.
Now towards the back you should see the blower motor. Kind of an off white color and a black panel on the bottom of that.
It's held in with four gold colored Torx 25 screws. Remove those and the pollen filter should be in there.
If you have the thin pollen filter, you can get away with simply removing the two golden Torx 25 screws closest to you, carefully bend down the black plastic cover (carefully enough to squeeze the pollen filter past, I've seen people break them cause they do it too much).
If you have the thicker pollen filter, you have no choice but have to remove the four screws.

It's under the dashboard. First you must dismount the accelerator pedal
(!), remove some dashboard plastic on driver side. The filter is
somewhere behind the central console.
I think it should be changed every two years. Look into the manual.
The
company where you take the car for oil & filter change every year
must change also this filter with no additional charges. Of course they
charge you for the filter, which is not very exponsive.
