Hi. On my 1991 Montero RS, only the driver window is working properly. I did check the master switch located on the driver's side door. A ground was faulty. I did replace it with a good working master switch, but the problem with the other windows has not been fixed. I can not locate the fuse box that holds the power windows fuses. Please advise a solution for this situation. Thanks.
First, if the driver's window is working, there is no need to waste your time looking for fuses. ALL of the windows are powered by the SAME fuse.
The first thing I recommend checking is the window "lock" switch on the master switch. If it is in the "lock" position, none of the other windows will work (it is designed to do that)
Other than that, you need to check for power and ground at all of the other door switches. The BLUE/BLACK wire at each of the switches should have battery voltage anytime the ignition switch is in the ON position. If they do not, the wire is broken between the splice near the driver's door and the right front door. Both the RED and the GREEN wires at each switch should have continuity to ground anytime the master switch is at rest with the "lock" switch in the unlock position (the lock switch breaks these grounds to "lock" the windows and prevent them from being operated).
If your passenger front window is still not working, you must go back to testing the CIRCUITS as described. If power and ground is available at the passenger door switch and the switch is transfering this power and ground to the appropriate wires to the motor, then the motor itself is bad. Keep in mind that the operation of the passenger window requires that BOTH the driver's master switch and the passenger door switch must be working properly. If either of these switches are malfunctioning or do not have power and ground where they are supposed to, the passenger window motor will not function. The motor cannot be ruled out as a possible cause until the circuits are properly tested and deemed to be functioning properly.

Thank you so much for taking time to reply.
I managed to get all but passenger window working for their individual switch. The driver's master window switch is not working for the other windows. Child lock switch is working. Passenger side window is not working at all. I did replace the master switch, which I believe it did case the back doors windows to work. I am puzzled that the fron passenger door window is not working at all??
Your input is greatly appreciated!
Thank you so much!
So sorry for the typos....my keyboard is acting up...
Please read "case" as "caused".
Bottom line: master switch is working only for driver's window and child lock switch.
Passenger front window not working at all! The back doors windows are working from their individual switches installed in doors.
