It is the Front Sway bar linkage.
Dealer item only at the moment. 63.00 each 135.00 with tax.
Replace the linkage and the problem will be solved.

Your best bet would be to have the CV joints inspected. When they go bad they have a tendency to pop and crunch and will eventually fall apart if they are not replaced.

It could be worn suspension parts, like ball joints, tie rod ends, worn bushings. It is best to have a Front End Shop take a look at it to determine what part is worn out.

poping sound in front end
I had popping noises coming from the front end of my car. Brought it to the dealership and they told me there is a problem with the wheel well....two pieces rubbing together. It would cost me $115...best warranty doesnt even cover it. They simply drill two holes in the top of the wheel well and put rivets in to keep them from moving.
Knocking sound from front end when going over a small or large bump...even small dimple in a parking lot. No steering involved, just the distinct knocking.
