Bulbs ok and fuse ok rear fog lights works but not the front fog lights can any body help
Try changing the relay for the front fogs,the front and rear are not connected in any way,check the fuse box lid for relay location ok

Could you take out a bulb and with a testlight/probe check that you do in fact have power to that circuit .Also check that they are the correct bulb for that application I have seen people put indicator bulbs in where therse supposed to be a double filament bulb.Does the base of the bulbs lead contacts line up with the two steel terminals inside the plug?

In my opinion you have already checked and cured the most common problem zones. In my opinion take it to a car electrician and let him find out the problem. May be the wiring is faulty.

horn stopped working,fuse ok,but where is horn located in engine bay as cant see it
Check the bulb socket. Or, find a mechanic or electrician familiar with car circuits who knows how to use an electric meter to check the wiring. It may also be a bad relay. Location is probably under the panel under the steering wheel.
