it sounds as if the blower motor is off ballance maby the blower cage cracked or the pollen filter is in wrong or wrong filter ,have it taken out and looked at and send the bill to who ever changed your pollen filter
usually the pollen filter is located under the windshield in the shroud area or some place where air enters the cabin of the car check also your airfilter cannister it will be in or on the fire wall or door jam look carefully alos you can have the dealership or an auto parts store tell you the location of the part.
remove engine plastic covers by taking out the 5mm allen key bolts,, then remove the pollen filter and cover on the bulkhead, under the filter there are 4 , 30torx bolts , remove these and remove plastic bulkhead, then remove the 5mm allen key bolts holding the air filter cover to the engine, then remove the cover , change filter ,
