I think under the hood in a fuse box.I would check the blower motor resistors connection afterwards.Turn ignition and fan switches on then wiggle the pigtail going to the resistor. Its located in the heat duct on the passenger side near the floor. These resistors are known for getting hot and melting the pigtail causing it to loose connection.

I have had this issue, first off it the resistor pack is bad high would still work. The motor is in the middle of the firewall ,you can see if you are getting voltage to this point, if you are the motor is bad (usually the brushes wear out) if no voltage and the fuse is good then you will have to go to the switch itself. I'm pretty sure this deos not run through relays.

The resistor pack is not used in the high position so the most likely cause would be the switch itself

1998 olds delta 88 lost fan control, ac control, and rear window control all at once have power to fuses and tried differnt switch assembly in dash

It might not be a fuse that goes to that it might be a relay thats under your hood in the fuse box. Just a idea for you to try. Hope this works out for you.

1998 olds 88 heater blower motor

to answer your question , yes there is a relay ,, it is located on the center rear of the engine compartment , just below the maxi fuse block , you should see a few relays all screwed on a block together . according to picture its the one closest to the passenger side of the car , but i wouldn't count on that . this may help indentify it , it has 4 wires , 1 is yellow ,1 is tan , 1 is light blue and 1 is dark blue . just answering your question . hope ya FIX it . please vote fix ya if you find my info to your liking , thanks .
