It stalls out after starting but I can keep it going if I rev the engine - then I'm good. It does shake quite a bit when I'm at a stop and I can feel that it wants to stall out when I accelerate. Help - I need to car to exist and I'm out of work - broke - is this something I can fix myself? Maybe a 25 amp fuse? Start up fine -bad idle low- while driving shuts off ,but when turbo kick in fine or at high speeds ok,it would run fine for awhile then acts up again at idle very low until shut off, No codes

My 1990 240DL was doing the same thing and it turned out to be the fuel pressure regulator. It, unfortunatley, is a shop repair. $117 for the part and $150 for labor. It runs fine now.

Hello!
This sounds like the egg in the tyre wall scenario? either your rear wheels are so out of balance or there is a buldge in one or both of the tyre walls.
When slowly coming to a halt or idling along in heavy traffic does the vehicle rokc too and Fro? if so Tyres!#
