This may sound silly but have you checked the fluid level in the master cylinder? They do have a level sensor in there and will cause your symptom, more so under braking or heavy accel, also the e-brake pedal switch can cause this, if the pedal is falling under heavy braking the switch could illuminate the light, then the abs light will come on if vehicle still sees e-brake is on and the is still a speed signal recieved by the abs.

In order to bleed the RABS there is a special tool that plugs into the connector of the RABS and holds the solenoids open to facilitate bleeding, you will need to take it to a brake specialists that has a tool to do this.

Replace the bubs and/or check the wiring connections with a electrical tester for power.

open up your trunk and pull back carpet some cars you can grab the light harness and twist it and it will pull out then pull out bulb and replace the bulb but sum cars you will have to remove acouple bolts and pull out the whole taillight lens from outside the car then the rest is the same

Drivers side up front???
Look at the master cylinder/booster. Look for moisture. May be leaking out the back of the master cylinder between the master and booster.
If you see moisture on the back side of the tire/wheel then it could be a brake hose or the brake caliper.
