Started after a couple days sitting, and reduce engine power came on and the throttle had no function to it, let the truck warm up and shut it down and restarted and all was normal.

The fault codes have nothing to do with it sitting for a few days. There are sensors that work with your ABS brakes and TCS to help your car maintain control when corning briskly under load. You probably have a bad sensor on one of the wheels. Recommend you get the Haynes manual to see exactly how to test and replace them. A multimeter will help too.
APP 1 and APP 2,Throttle position correllation. Whenever you get a reduced power,It will always be related to the throttle actuator, or APP (accelerated pedal position). There is a disagreement between both position sensor, or the TPS itself.
DTC P0120 P0220 P1516 P2135 these should be the problem codes. 2003-2006 Chevrolet Avalanche, Corvette, Express, Monte Carlo, Silverado, SSR, Suburban, Tahoe, Trailblazer. for reduced engine power. p0120 is throttle position sensor, ( tps ). p0220 is relates to tps, p1516 tps is out of range. p2135 is a throttle body code, the throttle body needs replaced. but before you do it replace tps first to see if it takes care of the other codes. have a good day !!
Check and clean the connections on your battery first. If that doesn't work, some have said it turned out to be a problem w/ the throttle connector on their rides. It happened to me ( I had the reduced power light on my 2001 tahoe and was restricted to 15-20 mph max) and I started w/ the battery. Worked like a champ for me!
I am having the same issues on my Chevy 03 HD 1500. It takes at least two turns of the ignition to get it going. I have replaced the battery, Fuel Filter, Fuel Engine Relay and I am now Replacing the Starter Engine Relay. If you have any other suggestions let me know! I will share as well. Also, last couple of days Oil Pressure Gauge is acting strange. It will read from 1/4 point to 3/4 point while driving. Working on that as well.
